The Kansas Governmental Ethics Commission will mail a receipts and expenditures report directly to a candidate's treasurer.

The receipts and expenditures report is filed with the County Clerk.

If a candidate anticipates receiving and spending less than $1,000 in the primary and anticipates receiving and spending less than an additional $1,000 in the general election, he/she can file an affidavit.
