1. How much does it cost to buy a lot?

The first addition costs $250 for each lot and the second addition $350 for each lot. Both also require an additional Register of Deeds recording fee (currently $8).

2. How long can you hold a space?

The Clerk’s office will hold a space for seven days from date of request.

3. I own a lot in Restlawn, but I don’t want it anymore. Can the County sell it for me?

Seward County will not participate in trading lots with or selling lots for individuals.
