The Seward County Employee Committee consists of an employee from each department of the County that is a spokesperson for your department to represent you.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
Our purpose is to promote positive thinking, look to the future, increase employee morale and unite our county. To achieve these goals we must lead by example, learn from our past and plan events that involve all employees. We are the voice of our departments, we must encourage all to get involved to achieve our ultimate goal: UNITY
We invite you to attend our meetings, (upon dept. head approval), which are held the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 3:00 pm and share your ideas and comments on how we can accomplish our mission statement. If you can not attend, please feel free to share your ideas or comments with your department representative.
